At JAM Sports Management, founders Mark and Ann Webber and Jason Allen have pooled together their wealth of global experience so they can share it with current and future generations of sporting talent and those keen to be associated with sport.
Mark Webber


A nine times Formula One race winner and one of Australia’s most popular sporting icons, Mark Webber has maintained his down-to-earth and humble character despite the trappings of his F1 lifestyle. His never-give-up attitude and ability to pick himself up again after adversity made him someone everyone could relate to. Although he retired from competition in 2016, Mark is still a familiar face at race tracks around the world in his capacity as a global ambassador for iconic brands such as Porsche, Red Bull, Rolex and Hugo Boss who acknowledge his authenticity and credibility.

He has also carved a niche for himself within broadcasting in the UK and Australia but his true passion has always been in guiding and advising sporting talent whatever the sport. Mark possesses a deep understanding of how professional sportsmen and women tick and during his own career, worked with some of the best experts in the world to bring out the best in himself.

Mark is knowledgeable across all professional sports and his strong networking skills means he is ideally placed to facilitate introductions and connections at the highest levels.

Ann Webber


After working at the top of her field in media and PR for the motorsport and automotive industries in both the UK and Australia for many years, Ann moved into talent management after securing a major sponsor which helped to launch Mark’s international racing career. Ann guided him from the junior ranks in Australia and Europe to Formula One and throughout his twelve year career at the sport’s cut-throat pinnacle, providing career advice and stability. Ann also managed Mark’s many on and off-track projects and partnerships while continuing to develop his profile as an internationally renowned and respected sportsperson.

Ann has a broad skillset including event management, sponsorship acquisition and activation, strategic marketing, brand building and communications for both athletes and commercial partners. Along with Mark, she is a founding director of Aussie Grit Apparel.

Jason Allen


A passionate, high performance CEO, Jason has over 20 years’ experience in building and growing organisations, having held a variety of senior executive positions with blue chip companies across Australia and the UK. Most recently, Jason was MD for a portfolio of 14 partners and 5000 team members at Capita UK. He was CEO for the 2014 Super Rugby Champions, the NSW Waratahs, and Australia’s largest ticketed V8 Supercars event, the Clipsal 500 Adelaide. He previously held the position of the National Executive General Manager Australia for the consumer business of Vodafone and numerous Non-Executive Director roles.
