Aimed at nurturing those competing in junior grassroots sports, our funding and mentoring programme has been carefully designed to provide emerging athletes with a full range of support and services to allow them to reach their full potential. The successful candidates are mentored by world-class sporting personalities who share their stories and provide invaluable advice and insights into competing at an elite level. They are also guided by experts in human performance, communications, education and athlete management to help them understand and deal with the pressure and demands of professional sport.
